Our residential cleaning rates are based on the size of your home or apartment and the level of cleaning needed. We offer a one-time cleaning, as well as weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring cleaning services. The final cost will depend on the level of cleaning needed and how long it will take to clean. *Initial cleaning cost is higher then stays at a fixed rate*
Commercial
Our commercial cleaning rates are based on the size of your business and the level of cleaning needed. We offer one-time cleaning, as well as daily, weekly, and monthly recurring cleaning services. Here are our rates based on the size of your business

Move-in/Move-out
Our move-in/move-out cleaning services include a more thorough cleaning of the entire space, including inside cabinets, drawers, and appliances, as well as wiping down walls and baseboards. The final cost will depend on the level of cleaning needed and how long it will take to clean.
